#1 The minimum duration the device stored data will remain in our database providing your account continues to be in credit. Data may be automatically deleted after 2 years, or if you close your account. Please ensure you download your sensor data if required.

For Wi-Fi gateways - It is your responsibility to provide a Wi-Fi internet connection for your Wi-Fi sensor boxes to connect to our web site. Wi-Fi Sensor-boxes require a WiFi connection and if your internet doesn't provide WiFi, you may need to install a WiFi router.
