All Wi-Fi sensor-boxes come with pre-set (starter) credit value included free.

It is your responsibility to provide an Wi-Fi internet connection for your Wi-Fi sensor boxes to connect to our web site. Wi-Fi Sensor-boxes require a WiFi connection and if your internet doesn't provide WiFi, you may need to install a WiFi router.

*1 The minimum duration the device stored data will remain in our database providing your account continues to be in credit. Data may be automatically deleted after 2 years, or if you close your account. Please ensure you download your sensor data if required.

*2 Accounts in credit can send SMS message alerts. Each time an SMS is sent, the SMS fee will be deducted from your account balance. This will reduce the number of days available for your sensor signals. Please be careful using SMS alerts, as the cost can quickly add up if they are sent frequently.

# Fair use policy applies. If you have an unusually large number of these items, or they are affecting server performance, then we may impose a limit we feel is a fair value.
